Who we are

AXION Solutions ("AXION", "we", "us") is a Melbourne software company at Level 24, 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We collect only what we need. That may include:

• your name, company, role, email address and phone number when you contact us, book a call or register interest as a Delivery Partner;
• the information you choose to share about your business when you tell us how it runs;
• your application details, such as your CV, work history and the reasons you're applying, when you apply for a role with us; and
• basic technical information when you visit this website, such as your browser type and the pages you view, which our hosting provider records to keep the site running.

How we collect it

Mostly directly from you: when you email us, fill in a form on this website, speak with us, or apply for a role. If you apply through a job board or a recruitment partner, we receive your application from them.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and talk with you about our products and services.
• To prepare demonstrations and proposals for your business.
• To assess applications for roles at AXION.
• To manage our relationship with customers and Delivery Partners.
• To keep this website secure and working well.

We won't sell your personal information, and we won't use it to send you marketing you haven't asked for. If you do receive an update from us, you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where we need to, for example with:

• service providers who help us run our business, such as email, hosting and document storage providers, and a security service that checks website form submissions come from people rather than automated bots;
• our recruitment partners and job boards, for job applications; and
• professional advisers, or where the law requires it.

We ask these providers to look after your information and use it only for the purpose we gave it to them.

Information stored outside Australia

Some of the service providers we use, such as website hosting and email, may store or process information outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Our software

This policy covers AXION's own use of personal information. Information that our customers store in our software, such as FoodFlow or Xelerator, is handled under each customer's agreement with us.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this policy first.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls on the systems we store it in. When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email success@axionsolutions.com.au and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
