On a busy morning, someone at a food distributor might re-key dozens of orders that arrived overnight by email. It's slow, it's easy to get wrong, and it's work nobody enjoys.
AXIS, the AI-native engine behind FoodFlow, takes that typing off their plate.
How it works
- Paste an emailed or texted order into FoodFlow, or drop in a customer's PDF purchase order.
- AXIS drafts the order. It works out which customer it's from and matches each line to your products.
- It shows why it chose each match, and flags any line it isn't sure about.
- The customer's price is applied, just as it would be for an order keyed by hand.
- A person checks the draft and saves it.
A person approves every order
AXIS drafts. It doesn't decide. It never saves an order on its own, and anything it isn't confident about is flagged for a person to check. That keeps the speed of automation without losing the judgement of someone who knows the customer.
Your data stays yours
Every customer has its own database, hosted in Australia. AXIS works only with your data, and only with what the person using it is allowed to see.
Why this matters
Less re-keying means fewer errors and more time for the work that needs a person: talking to customers, sorting out exceptions and selling. It's one example of how AXIS puts AI to work inside the operation, not in a separate tool.
